The Eighth American Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility, will be held in Asuncion, Paraguay from 24 to 26 May 2011.
Nine reasons to attend
Because the Ninth Conference, not the Eighth (the first had another name: "De the Americas "and is not in the bill);
Because present and distribute my book: " A Critical Social Responsibility of Business in Latin America "(complete details in an upcoming blog);
Because after the conference can visit the ruins of the Jesuit Missions and Iguazu Falls;
Because there will be a panel on the hot topic certifications and verification, Perla Puterman (RS Iberoamerican Forum, Member of the Working Group of ISO 26000), German Granda (Forética), Nelson Núñez (BSD Consulting) and myself as moderator (and I'm not put me as moderator )
Because learn a lot;
Because be presented and distributed another book of my co-authored (with 13 other authors): "The Corporate Social Responsibility in Latin America: Manual Management) (more details in an upcoming blog);
Because it has the best speakers and will cover current issues (Climate Change, Value Chain, economic and social inclusion and Inclusive Businesses among many others;
Because there will be a special session: Who will create the future of CSR in Latin America? Maria Matilde Schwalb (Pacific University), Jose Angel Moreno Izquierdo (Economists Without Borders), Luis Pereira (PWC, PriceWaterhouseCoopers), Adrian Hodges (GSK, GlazoSmithKline) and myself as moderator (for now obvious reasons) and
Because people attend more "cool", "cool", "father", "piola", "cool", "Biutiful" "Beautiful", etc.. Latin America.
